Nice place, comfortable, very close to the ski resort. But — depending on the snow conditions, the 1.3 km narrow forest road to the lifts can easily become impassable. The road wasn’t sufficiently maintained, yet frequently used by the ski resort visitors — and so often getting jammed. Also, the road from the valley to the apartment can become tricky, but we certainly had fewer incidents with that one. For such situations it would be nice to have some emergency service from the owner (if you don’t speak German, you’ll have difficulties to find yourself some help). Anyway, this was probably the only downside. Otherwise I’d certainly recommend the place.

This accomodation is really one of the best we have visited. It is placed between beautiful mountains in pure nature. It is super clean and you will find there everything you need for your stay and even more. The winter garden is so relaxing and calming. The owners are very nice - it was pleasure to meet them. Part of the accomodation is Lungau card which allows you to use attraction of Lungau region for free. And the Lungau region is really the best part of Austria. Pure nature, so clean and beautiful. Dont forget to visit Hinter Weisspriach.
