The hosts came and carried our luggages! They prepared candies and water! We had to leave in a middle of the nighttime and theses hosts offered to call two taxis for us! We were grateful for their hospitality!

Irena is a reason to visit Haskovo again! The location is in the heart of town! everything you may need are in a walking distance! immediate communication was really a PLUS, as whatever was needed Irena was there! If you travel with car there is plaenty of public space around that you can park! If you travel with your family and extra ammenities are needed, Irena took care of everything!!Even toys and games were there for our kids! For sure we will visit again Haskovo and Charisma apaetment! take care till next time!!

First of all, I must say that we were very lucky to choose this place. We found it very convenient in terms of location. We were welcomed with a smile. It was a great luck to have parking. We loved the house. Everything was spotless and very well thought out. There was everything we needed. Even toys for our children. It was also very nice that it was located very close to the city center. It is close to everything from shopping to eating places. You will never regret it. I am extremely pleased with my stay in Relax apartment. New, perfectly clean with all amenities for comfortable stay. Everything is even better live than on pictures. Also, with apartment you get gated parking space. Communication with owner was really easy and productive. If me and my family ever return to Haskovo, we will 100% stay at Relax apartment.

I liked everything: the impecable cleanliness of the apartment, the decorations that were chosen with the best of tastes in arts, the furniture, which is impressive (I especially loved the woodcraft on the kitchen furniture), the beds (which were very comfortable and large), the balconies (I especially loved how the tree branches reached almost inside the balcony, it was such a nice touch), the effectiveness of the two AC machines, and finally all the remarkable attention the hoast has shown for all the details and for equipping the entire apartment with everything one might need (I've even seen an umbrella, if I remember well). To cut a long story short, it was a wonderful stay, and we'll definitelly be back soon. Many thanks to the host for everything.

The quality/price ratio is excellent! This is if you have no claims, those who have claims and have a lot of money to spend do not fit. But for us it was very good, a very friendly host, who waited outside for us to come from the road. The apartment is very clean compared to others that are much more expensive, you have everything you need: an espresso coffee machine with coffee beans in it, kitchen utensils and kitchen equipment, clean towels, clean bed linen, and much more that you don't even need you expect from these people who take care of this hotel with apartments. Good for them ! And I recommend this location!
