This apartment is perfect for a ski trip to Banff. It is has a huge well-lit living area with a full kitchen, two large bedrooms with plenty of room and storage, and a large bathroom. Also has a full laundry available and excellent outside ski storage locker. It appears fairly new, having been built or remodeled in the last few years. It is a 10 minute walk to the ski area and local buses, and about a 1km walk to downtown. The owners, JP and Katrin were very helpful and responsive our questions about restaurants, buses, and even Canadian Health Care (long story.....). It snowed considerably during our stay and they cleared the walkways and stairs as needed, multiple times a day. We will stay here again on our next Banff trip.

We stayed over in a 2 bedroom apartment as overnight stay on way to skiing holiday in Kimberley. Great central location with plenty of paid and unpaid parking. Staff all very helpful. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Petrol station 200 metres away if you need to fill up.

I would call it a 1 bedroom apartment with balcony. The Resort provides guests with free return bus tickets into town and the bus stop is right out front.

The garage parking is really convenient if your car will go under the height restriction… I wish I’d properly read this before we picked up our rental as we ended up having to park on the street and carry our luggage, when we could’ve parked almost outside the apartment door, but that’s our fault!

The location, kitchen facilities and fire place made for a very relaxing stay and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The supply of board games also made for some fun evenings! Although it is in walking distance to Banff, we greatly appreciated the supply of bus passes and the ease of access to public transport, which made it so easy to get around. With regular transfers available from Calgary, there is no need for a car at all!

Hiking trails lead directly from the site. We were generally comfortable here. We enjoyed using the fireplace in our condo unit, and being able to cook our meals; all kitchen appliances were in good order. Our rooms provided the space and furnishings/ accoutrements we needed for our stay. Staff were helpful in letting us change our unit when we checked in and supplying us with supplementary blankets.SusanFamily with young children
