My adult daughter and I stayed in the apartment for 2 weeks in January. It is a nice apartment not too far from the Gondola. The bathroom looks to have recently been renovated. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Ski locker is functional...we kept our boots in the apartment to get better drying. If you are adventurous, you can ski down a path to across the road from the apartment at the end of the day. Overall we very much enjoyed the apartment.

Beds, sofa and dining room chairs are comfortable and the entire apartment is spacious, easily fits 8 people. It was all very clean. The furniture and decorations are typical '70-'80 but very well maintained. Handy place to store skies and boots next to the front door. Quiet at night.
