What did we like about Apartmány U Jizery? Everything! The location is absolutely beautiful, the owner is very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is extremely clean, comfortable and relaxing. We should have stayed longer!

It is a complete house with everything you need for daily life. For hikers to Bohemian paradise it takes about 10 minutes of walk to be there. The property owner communicated with us immediately after our booking. When they knew we would travel by train to Turnov, they offered pick-up service. They are ready to help you at any moment if you ask for. We got even delicious self-baked cakes as surprise from them! We had a very pleasant stay! It is part of beautiful memory of our travel to Czech Republic.

There are 4 apartments on the premises, one of them was occupied during our stay but we've never heard the other couple at all. Very private. There is an excellent restaurant literally across the road and the property is located on a cycling / jogging / walking trail which allows you to walk either to Trutnov (about 25 minutest to downtown) or out into the nature. Lots of games/toys, would be a fun family option- the owners did the remodeling themselves and it is a beautiful place! They were both very kind and welcoming, we would have loved to stay longer.

There is a storage room for bikes on the ground floor and a patio out the back. The building is in a reasonably central location, even though it is on quite a busy street. My apartment (no. 3) was facing the back, so it was fairly quiet. About a 5 minute walk to the next supermarket (Tesco in the main square) and lots of great walks in the area.
