Communication with the host was excellent. A local electronic guest card with Osserbad+ program that among others provides free entry to the nearby municipal swimming pool and sauna is of excellent value. We went to the pool every day. The apartment interior is very well-designed, spacious, and comfortable. We had a wonderful vacation in the Lam region despite the weather was not great.

You will need a car to get there but you can walk down into Lohberghütte in 15-20 minutes and there is a restaurant there, if needs be. The hotel nearby was closed over Christmas so it was very quiet and we had the wonderful views out the window all to ourselves. There is good walking in the area, so ... all was good. The owner was also helpful, but not intrusive.
