The apartment we had was clean and comfortable. We found the bed very comfortable, maybe a bit too firm for some. The apartment is part of a mill complex and is family run. The place was so peaceful and who doesn’t want to fall asleep to the glorious sound of running water! The location was perfect, easy to park there and walk up in to Rothenburg, it is uphill but we are in our seventies and managed it with comparative ease in about 10 minutes. Parts of the mill are very old and the history of the place was visible in the buildings. The family who own the place were lovely and friendly and very welcoming. We felt the apartment was excellent value for money, we have stayed in similar places in the English Lake District but at three times the cost. Highly recommended!

Wonderful spot, walking distance to the old town. Owners were very friendly and welcoming. Free parking space in front of the house. House has been beautifully renovated and has everything you need. Highly recommended!

The Kitchen area was adequately supplied with utensils for simple meals and a table that could seat up to 6. The fridge was also a good size. The location was excellent in the Old Town which was near to the Main Square and streets, but far enough away to be quieter. There were nice outdoor seating areas available. The included breakfast was excellent and provided very good variety and high quality food and drinks. I would not hesitate staying again.
