Everything looked clean and new, there was even music in the shower 😍 Personnel were lovely and took dietary request into account for breakfast. Breakfast is like in a 5-star hotel, but for a very reasonable price. Tasty and beautiful. Multiple restaurants are within 20-minute walking distance. We loved our stay!

The Casa Patrizia was amazing. I liked this place so much that I would surely recommend this accommodation to any of my friends who is going to visit this area. The only minor setback is that we waited for about 20 minutes for the host to arrive, but I would like to mention that he previously wrote me to call when we arrive at the facility, unfortunately, my eSim number was not supposed to be used for calls, which I didn't know, thanks to neighbors, they reached for help :) To sum up, the facility, host, and location are perfect and the price was very good at the time I stayed.

The apartment is clean with a well equipped kitchen and the bedroom is especially spacious for 2 people. The apartment is decorated in a country style which match well with the surrounding environment. The view from the balcony is mind healing. A large pasture is right in front of the apartment with an endless mountain range as its background, which creates a beautiful picture of countryside. Also, don’t miss the Forggensee which is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment. We had a walk or picnic by the lake everyday we stayed in Schwangau. Forggensee is really a hidden gem! Lastly, we have to thank Sabestian again for his helpfulness. We are so lucky to have Sabestian as we our host. He is very patient in answering all our questions prior to or during our stay in Schwangau. He made recommendation for places to visit. He also helped us book a taxi to the train station as we had to get a train in the early morning. Thank you so much, Sabestian!

Amazing flat, 4 of us had a good time😃😃😃 I found this place amazing especially the garage; actually the whole apartment was top quality. Free wife, TV in every room and fully equipped kitchen what else you can ask for. The garage was big enough to accommodate my estate with a roof box and 3 bikes on the back but the neighbour next door parked his van with the bikes. The view was amazing probably one of the best in the neighborhood. The host was very nice and helpful.

You can easily get into the apartment, the keys can be retrieved from the box nearby the building entry door regardless of the arrival hour. The apartment is a good choice for a short stay, however it lacks some furnishings to suit longer stays. For example there are no chairs and there is only a very small table.

Free wife, TV in every room and fully equipped kitchen what else you can ask for. The garage was big enough to accommodate my estate with a roof box and 3 bikes on the back but the neighbour next door parked his van with the bikes. The view was amazing probably one of the best in the neighborhood. The host was very nice and helpful.

The apartment was really large and comfortable, with views over Neuschwannstein. The area is beautiful and the flat is well equipped, with a garden too, if time to sit there. We would thoroughly recommend this place to any visitors to the area. Very convenient for visiting the castles too.

We have stayed in lots of self catering flats on our travels and Alpenrose has to be one of the best, everything immaculate, well thought out and comfortable. It's in a great location for Bavarian history with access to cable cars to the mountain tops. Lots of walking, cycling, cross country skiing from the door. The town has lots of restaurants too. The kitchen had everything I needed. The flat also had lovely paintings to add color and home environment. Wifi reception was great! 14 Minute walk to the Königliche Kristalltherma. I would definitely come back here!
