We were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was clean, large and the kitchen very well equipped. The location is good. You are only one street behind the coast and so it is very quiet at night and yet you are close to the beach and all restaurants. Wifi was stable and fast (20Mb) and the host has always responded very quickly to messages. Aircon was definitely a huge plus because otherwise it is very warm in the apartment.

It was really close to the beach, and the owner was so sweet. There was a rooftop terrace with hammocks and chairs from which you could see the ocean, and it was a beautiful view. Furthermore, the room was very nice, with its own bathroom, fridge, and cooking area.

great view and great location for me, it is near and out of town, so can easily go to town for things you need. They helped me to organize the tour for visiting Isla de la PLata and in the rate I took was not included breakfast but for a reasonable amount I had a very good breakfast! will come back again on december! we enjoyed!

EVERYTHING! The location is at the far end of the Malecon, so no noise! It is 1 block walking to the beach. 5-10 minutes walking on the Malecon to the central tourist beach area. A very easy walk or $.50 mototaxi to the mercado, tiendas, and pharmacies. The apartment hotel is in a very quiet residential area. The swimming pool allows a nice break from the wind and sand at the beach. Our apartment allowed for us to prepare our own meals, saving alot of money for a 3 week stay! The owners have an incredible sense of pride of ownership and ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend staying at Casa Blanca ! Extremely friendly family business

We used the top two rooms. The beds were comfortable enough. We enjoyed the balcony (view to the backyard with the ocean off to the side) and the shared terrace on the upper level of the hostel. The shared kitchen is a plus and it was nice to have room for a few small items in the fridge. Short walk to the pier and the Malecon. About 15 minutes walking to the town center and fewer than 10 to the bus stop.

She made us feel like family and offered to help us with every part of our stay in Puerto Lopez. She even booked our whale watching excursion. The “room” that I stayed at with my 84 year old mother and elderly aunt was more like an apartment with a terrace and beautiful view of the city and the Pacific. There was a hammock in the room that was absolutely lovely to lounge in. Beds had mosquito nets, which was helpful. The property also has the cutest dogs, as well as a parakeet, as pets! Our breakfast on the terrace was lovely and only cost us about $5.
