Location near to the beach, great swimming pool just few meters walking distance. Apartment was big enough for 4 adults. It is a part of a set of dozens of apartments, fenced and private. It was perfectly equipped and everything was clean. Garage space also very useful. In early November the estate was quite empty so we have the swimming pool to ourselves.

What an apartment. We weren’t sure when booking it because there weren’t any reviews but decided to go ahead and take a chance. It did not disappoint, far from it. The photos are all completely accurate but somehow the property is even better than the photos. The outside space was exceptional. Plenty of room to sit in the sun but plenty space to sit in the shaded area too. Beautiful views of the sea from the terrace and balcony off one of the bedrooms. Handy having an outside warm shower on the terrace. There was also an outside shower at the entrance to the apartment which would’ve been useful if we’d been at the beach or were dirty arriving back. There are other apartments around but the outside space felt very private. 2 bathrooms and one downstairs toilet. The kitchen / living area - wow. The kitchen had absolutely everything and more that we needed. Blender. Coffee maker. Sandwich maker. Juicer. The list is endless. Appliances, crockery, most things, fixtures / fittings were good quality. It didn’t feel like we were in a holiday rental - it was like home away from home, but my home isn’t as luxurious as that! Fans in the bedroom were handy because it was still very hot at night. It’s a quiet / rural area so a car is essential in our opinion, even just for getting a decent food shop. The pool area was also immaculately clean and well maintained. It was a bonus it was very quiet too. The whole property was spotlessly clean. The car park is underground and secure with a lift up to the apartment. There is absolutely nothing negative I could possibly write about the apartment. It is exceptional and we were really wowed by it. It was fairly expensive but we think it was worth what we paid because it felt so luxurious. It felt like a real treat being there. We give it 10/10 and 5 stars.

Clean, well organized, you get most of the things you need ( kitchen stuff, soap, towels, washing machine etc). Internet works ok, good bandwidth. The host responds immediately and is very nice.

Nayra the host was very helpful and answered all my questions before booking the trip to Tenerife. The room is in a beautiful location with amazing views of the ocean. There was also a pool on the estate but we have never used it. The host was amazing and very helpful and even left us a nice note on arrival and some Canarian snacks and wine. Very happy with my stay and I’ll recommend this property to anyone who’s looking for a quiet location with stunning views of the ocean.

It’s located in a condominium with a common pool area (nice pool) and walking distance to the ocean which in this part of the island is quite safe to swim. We enjoyed that a lot. If you like swimming or surfing you could also enjoy attending to the surf school that is nearby, located near a calm and sandy beach.
