Very pleasantly sized and furnished - at least if you like Ikea. The whole flat looked like an Ikea showroom. The obsession with Ikea goes that far that empty picture frames hang on the wall still in their wrapping... There was a hot water kettle which seems to be rare in Spain. Parking in the streets in the vicinity always worked for us, but that might depend on the season. The staircase in the building seems to get swiped every day... Supermarket in walking distance.

But we were really impressed with the care taken by the owners/property managers. The apartment was spacious, clean, tastefully decorated, practical, and comfortable. Also, the communication before, during, and after our stay was wonderful and very appreciated. They made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. We would 100% rebook this apartment and we would also consider other rentals from the same management team.
