This is a furnished apartment. All you need to bring for a short stay are toiletries and food items you can buy at the DIA store a short walk away. We arrived rather late on a Sunday night and our hostess advised that there was a restaurant nearby (Chapatapa) still open. We enjoyed a nice dinner there only minutes later. These apartments are in a safe and accessible Merida neighborhood where you can easily walk to 90% of what you will want to see. Having an included and secure parking garage below your apartment allows your car to stay close for easy freedom to explore other towns and sights in Extremadura that few tourists ever know about. Our hostess, Claudia, was gracious online and attentive and helpful in person. We were very pleased at staying here. It exceeded our expectations.

I liked the location (very near the aqueduct) equipped kitchen and very helpful staff. They met us at check in. I always prefer dealing with people than having to grapple with contactless check-in.

The larger room with kitchenette and shower room was very clean and ideal for a short (or longer) stay in Merida - the location just a short walk from the Museum of Roman Art and the Roman ruins is unbeatable, there is a well-stocked Spar convenience store next door and the secure underground parking (10 Euros a day) is a bonus if you are on a driving tour of the region. The check in process was very easy and the staff are very friendly - highly recommended.

Super friendly greeting on arrival with lots of local information from Francisco. Great location, short walk to centre of Merida and short walk to the river for walking the dog. Quiet at night. Small supermarket opposite. Excellent value for money and spotlessly clean. A kettle would be useful in the kitchen. Parking was easy in the Jose Fernandez car park using the Telpark parking app and reasonable E8 for 24 hours. 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

fantastic spacious ground floor apartment well equipped with a large secure courtyard for the bicycles. its in a square of bars restaurants with mostly locals and was purchased favourite part of the city. its also just a stones throw from the main Roman sites . cant recommend enough

There is a nice park with the Roman aquaduct just down the street. Angel was very kind and welcoming when we arrived, thanks for a great stay.

Very easy check in to a comfortable, clean studio apartment. Beautiful and modern in design and equipment. They even supply a coffee machine, which was a lovely surprise. To have an agreement with a local car park was a big bonus, too.

Great studio on the ground floor - really comfortable, clean and excellent value for money. Secure parking on the doorstep and very helpful and friendly receptionist. Highly recommended.
