It is a nice place - location is rather unique. It might seem to be away from crowds and rush - but it is actually well visited by tourists due to ferries. In winter time still rather peaceful especially in the evening and night. I loved to observe the sea and upcoming/leaving tourists. WiFi is great! Kitchen amenities are great!

The location was excellent right by the sea and a small beach, very quiet location 10 minutes walk from village centre. A taxi would have been useful if you have a heavy suitcase as I did, as the walk from the bus stop is a good ten minute walk with heavy luggage if you do not have a car. A very nice rooftop terrace with sun loungers for sole use. Norma was very helpful on the mobile with any questions.

I loved staying here. The property is very generous size, well stocked with everything needed, including useful cooking basics an even parasol, cushions for the sunny roof terrace. This place was full of light, and had wonderful views over the calm shore of Orzola and only seconds from the start of the lovely walk through the lava fields to the Caletons.

Plenty of space for clothes etc.in the main bedroom but beware of the tricky dressing table drawers.It is in a good position for accessing the harbour and the main road to tourist destinations. Parking nearby. The apartment has a fridge and full cooking facilities, which is good as we were there out of main season so very little in the way of restaurants open. There is a well supplied, if a little pricey, supermarket nearby. Plenty of hot water for showers etc, although the shower cubical is rather small.

Apartment has great facilities to cook and there is plenty of parking nearby. The view over the mountain and towards the sea was spectacular. The best apartment we have stayed in Lanzarote. Area is super quiet at night and there is a supermarket in town and great restaurants.

The hosts are extremely kind, smiley and available for anything you might need. They even offered me a special sandwich+water at the shop they run before I left to La Graciosa (and also the day after, before leaving the apartment). I totally enjoyed my stay at the Perla and would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Ivan the owner was extremely nice and welcoming, helped us with tips about where to go and what to do, the flat gets a lot of light, full equipped kitchen, has Netflix and a strong WiFi for those who seek to work remotely like we did.
