Beautiful Apartment Altamar, apartment in Playa del Aguila

The spacious apartment with a terrace and sea views features 2 bedrooms, a living room, a flat-screen TV, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, and 2 bathrooms with a walk-in shower. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking.

This is the perfect location if one wants to relax, enjoy the perfect view, the sun and the water. Diego and his dad are lovely people who manage this apartment, always friendly, communication super easy. Even before our arrival we received sufficient information. As we arrived we were stunned by the view to the ocean! The apartment is well equipped, there are two separate rooms and two bathrooms (even shampoo, lotion etc. provided). The common space (living room, kitchen and dining area) is also great to hang out together as a family. Both balconies have perfect, unobstructed views to the ocean and pool area. The pool temperature was perfect, the pool always clean, the beach only a little walk away. There is a small shop to buy the necessities about 2 min walk away, but also a Spar about 10 min walk away. The next bus stop is only about a 5 min walk, busses (also direct airport busses stop here) can take you everywhere - Maspalomas or even to Las Palmas. Public transport is generally okay on the island, we also rented a car for some days to do more trips in the mountains. The car could be parked for free in front of the main entrance. We had a slight technical issue one day in one of the showers. As we texted Diego he solved the problem right away the next morning! Thank you very much, we really had a lovely time and would like to visit your property again! :)

Excellent flat, very clean and comfortable, with fully equipped kitchen, access to pool and beach, direct bus to the airport, Maspalomas, Las Palmas and other directions. Very quiet area, with local restaurants and groceries nearby. Antonella, the manager, was very nice and helpful. Highly recommended.

Really enjoyed our stay. It was nice to have the beach at your front door. Lovely and quiet which is exactly what we were looking for. Bus 2 min walk and brings to to all the places close by.

The positioning with a front ocean view, you can hear the waves when having breakfast. The yard has palmtrees and other local plants, which was nice. It had kitchen. The room was clean. The host was nice and waited for us in the night even if the plane got delayed. We had no issue finding parking spot for our rental car. We had a very nice stay
