We had the best time here! The owner was very kind and helpful to us thru the whole time we’ve been there. The location is nothing but amazing, you can go by train to absolutely anywhere from here, public transport is cheap here, bus stop is just in front of the apartment and train station like 8minutes away, still pretty close. Local beach is really beautiful, literally my French Riviera dream came true! Apartment itself was also great, we had everything we needed. Every late evening we spent at the terrace, which was our favorite place of the apartment, and the sea view is no lie! 10/10, would absolutely recommend!

There are only positive things to say about my stay in this apartment. The house has several free parking spaces and the immediate neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. In Cap d'Ail there is everything you need for everyday needs. The very clean and fully equipped apartment is modernly furnished and has a fantastic view of the sea. The hosts are very friendly and respond quickly to questions and problems. I can only recommend a stay here. Thank you very much!

Incredible stay at fantastic place with own garden and amazing view. There is very cozy and beautiful apartment. We are like at home. You enjoy every day here... With cup of coffee in front of balcony and look at sunrise in morning. Or you can go to the Garden and have a great picnic with miracle view at sunset in evening. You can feel that you are part of this place, this residence, this nature. There's no spa, no swimming pool, no restaurant. But it's just for people who would like to relax by soul, stay in quiet place with nature one-by-one, keep inner peace and harmony. Location is great. Close to train station (5 min by foot) but it's so quiet. You can go to the beach (5 min by foot) with its own microclimate. There's no so huge sea waves and wind like at Cap Estel. You can have glass of local wine or lovely dinner on the terrace one of restaurants like La Pinede. Every sunset there is unique. There's especial atmosphere everywhere.

The apartment itself is very well maintained and nice. It was clean except the curtains could use a washing, they were dusty. Loved the balcony, loved the view, loved that parking was included. The pool was okay: welcome on a very hot day but not the best maintained pool and very difficult to get to... The location worked great for us! We walked to our friend's house in Monaco. While it seems remote, there is very good bus service and there is a pharmacy, small grocery, etc, about a 10 minute walk. The grocery store does have free parking, so if you are stocking up, it will be easy to park and then bring supplies to the apartment. The owner met us and was very nice. Be sure to listen carefully when he explains where everything is because it is not obvious....

Well equipped kitchenette.The host, Karina, was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The view from the apartment is lovely and the pool was amazing. Apartment is OK for 2 people, think would be crowded with more. I would stay there again for short stay.CYoung couple
