The location is perfect if you participate any UTMB race, or just hiking around. Very close to train station and bus station. The host is extremely helpful and responsive to facilitate every of our queries and request. The view on the balcony is fabulous to see different moments of Mont Blanc. Highly recommend to stay here if you come to Chamonix for the first time

The apartment is just perfect: location, parking, view (on side directly to Mont Blanc), modern design, clean and newly renovated, very well equipped (kitchen fully equipped, cleaning products available, paper towels, washing machine with drying program, warm (the apartement was warmed up so when we first entered it we got an amazing feeling of home), cosy, great host (Thank you so much, Paul!). We just had such a lovely time and I could keep going with the praises and we would give 100 stars if we could 😀.

Also right by the Aguille du midi lift. Some great bars just 1 minute away and 5 min walk to the centre of town. Great modern apartment with a well equipped kitchen. You get a ski locker in the lobby too. Benedicte was lovely and gave us lots of recommendations as it was our first time to Chamonix. She was flexible on check in and check out.

Accommodated us all comfortably, with lots of storage space. Bathrooms clean and modern with good showers. Great views from big windows. Good ski storage space. Train line outside - not a problem and easy access to Aiguille du Midi train station. Used our free guest card for the week for free travel on the train up and down the valley. Flat walk to the town centre - about 10 to 15mins.

There is a great living room and fully functional kitchen! The apartment is in a great location, super close to the Chamonix Süd bus terminal! Direct access to any snow park! There is a snow rental place 3 minutes walk away! The apartment also comes with an oversized underground parking lot! Overall, everything is new and nice! It was very cozy to stay! Very welcoming and thoughtful receptionist also helps us a lot! She makes our stay perfect! :)

The location was really good, close to ski buses and the plan Praz loft was walkable, town was close and the apartment was really nice- perfect for a couple!

Kitchen facilities were great and the actual apartment complex was modern. They had everything you’d need to cook- we made our own raclette with their grill machine. I would recommend!
