Le Skidoux, apartment in Huez

The apartment is fitted with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a fully equipped kitchen, and a balcony with mountain views. A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. There is also a seating area and a fireplace.

facilities were excellent, everything we needed - kitchen utensils, pots and pans ect. There is a hairdryer, bath robes and towels. The apartment is clean, tidy and very comfortable. The hot tub was great after a days skiing and Thierry was very helpful. We used the resort bus regularly to go up to alpe d’huez, the last bus runs around 10:30pm back to Huez, it’s a very reliable service and you can get the huez express gondola up/down until 6pm. To get to/from the Gondala you can either walk or ski down as well which is a short walk back to the apartment. The host was very responsive via messages. The pictures on booking.com do not do it justice, even better in real life! We recommend restaurant Edelweiss for a dinner out. we highly recommend a stay at Le Skidoux and would book to stay here again. Thank you for our stay! (Sarah & William)

We didn’t spend much time at the apartment, as most of the day we were out skiing and at restaurants/bars in the evening, so the accommodation was fine for us. The apartment also has stunning views from the balcony. There’s also a bus stop at the end of the road, which was also very convenient.

    The apartment is newly renovated with modern appliances and quite spacious, considering that it is located in the center of the resort and has 4 separate bedrooms. The apartment is located in superb location - 1 min walk away from the supermarket and short walk away from the Alpe Express, which takes you directly to DMC cluster of ski lifts and gondolas. The host is super friendly and quickly solved all the small house maintenance issues, which arose during our stay.

    Loved this modern apartment in the old town part of Alpe de Huez. Perfect location, with supermarket across the street, ski lift next door and within five mins of the main bars and restaurants. Far enough away from the noise to sleep and rest but close enough to get to easily. Perfect for two adults, two children.

    The location is perfect, very close to the ski lifts and ESF ski school Libor, the owner of the flat, is an amazing person, he made us the tour of the flat, explaining us everything, showing us the important places in the building also. He even brought us a bigger raclette machine (his own), as we informed him upfront we would like to use it with our extended family. Great experience overall, we’re very happy with our stay.

    The apartment is small but you have everything you need. You fill like you are at home, very comfortable. The view from balcony is beautiful. Position for skiing is very good, gondola is near home, and just near the gondola, you have the ski service Skimium where you can left the ski and ski booth. The people there are very kind. Generally, we spend very good time in this apartment.
