The apartment was better than I expected. I expected a duplex with stairs in the living room to feel quite cramped but there was plenty of space for two people. The balcony had a very good mountain view. The parking area was very spacious and secure. WiFi was excellent. Heating worked well. The apartment was located nearly halfway between the two supermarkets in Les Houches (400 metres to one; 800 metres to the other). We never saw Judith but she had arranged everything so that we had access to all the keys needed (including ski locker) without needing to interact with her in person.

The property is amazing we felt at home during our stay. It's a new building and apartment so everything looks and works perfectly! This apartment has a great selection of home appliances. All the rooms are very spacious. The apartment is just 2-3 minutes from a bus stop if you want to get to Chamanix, 15 minutes from Les Houches train station and 10 minutes from Bellevue cable car.

The apartment is very near the bus stops and local supermarket. The train station is about a 15 mins walk down hill Naiome and Fermin were very helpful and let us store our bags at the happy rentals office on the last day as we had a very late flight.
