Location location location. If look for a quiet but great location to enjoy the cotedazure this is the spot. Supermarket is walking distance to cook in a kitchen that has it all. Mandelieu beach is 20 min walking and cannes is 8 min by train away. The appartement has it all and Jeremy is the best.

    The location was superb with a wonderful view over the Marina and the nearby mountains of Mandelieu. Our host Jean was charming and very clear with his instructions how to access the property and apartment as well as the secure building garage.

    We just slept in here, we liked the access - simply parking downstairs and using the elevator to reach the apartment. View from the window on the yacht/boats port is amazing. Place was clean, You had larger balcony to stay outside, bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the pleasant and friendly contact with the staff. Swimming in a pool the following day - we could stay above the checkout time of the apartment suited us a lot! There is a shopping centre in the nearby where You can equip Yourself in breakfast necessary articles.

    Two (or maybe three) amazing pools shared among all the apartments at the site. The studio and pools was just what I needed between the dances at the dance festival I was attending some 10 minutes walk from the place. There is also a bus leaving right outside the property that takes you to downtown Cannes. And the 90 bus driving the highway directly to the airport is about 10 minutes walk from the property.

    The location is far from any comerce or the beaches, however it is within a gated condominium, near a gulf course. We liked the environment. The condo itself is also proper and in pretty good state.
