We already stayed there twice, on our way from Spain to Germany, and we will definitely come again. It is a very convenient and cheap place to stay when passing through Avignon. In walking distance there is i.e. a big supermarket, 2 pizzerias and a coffee shop. We didn't take the breakfast as it is so easy to make your own breakfast in the kitchen in the apartment.
