Tim was there immediately on our arrival. He responded quickly to any queries or issues. He was also extremely accommodating. The pool is shared with the family, so while I had not realised this on booking, it did not cause us any issues with access when we wished for it. The 'cabin'/converted quadruple garage was tiny but had everything we needed and being summer we were out most of the time. They are surrounded by beautiful peaceful fields that are available for walking. Great beaches, some pebbly (East of West Wittering) but with sand at low to middle tide, and the other endless beaches with pools for children to play in (main West Wittering beach). Although £9.50 car park for the latter, part of which is supposed to support rubbish collection but there was actually quite a lot of that in the dunes. Beautiful dunes providing endless pathways for kids to explore. Combination of beach time and coming back to some pool time worked really well for us. Super dog friendly, child friendly, people friendly pub just up the road from the house.

The hosts were so lovely and they really went out of their way for us in a number of ways. Accomodation was really nice, great area, spacious, warm and comfy. The shower was amazing.

Peddle bin dirty and lack of attention was everywhere in this cottage. Bed linen poor, beds needed new mattresses and towels old, dull and grey. Standards did not meet the criteria that we were lead to believe by the marketing of this property. If fact apart from the cottage being pretty nothing matched our expectations.
