A lovely and nice surprise when we arrived after a long drive: there was a welcoming basket with yummy things and fresh milk and bread in the fridge, we really loved this special touch😊 Mulberry Lawn has a spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a bed so nice that you don’t want to leave it anymore. Kate and Hugh are one of the most friendly people we ever met and obviously we only came for Teddy, the lovely golden retriever 😊 We brought lots of games in case it would rain in England (it didn’t because we got stuck in the heatwave 😉) but there is a cupboard in the hall filled with games, so next time i’ll leave mine at home! Don’t forget to try The Hungry Bear down the street, the food was delicious and leave some room for dessert 😊 Looking forward to go back to Mulberry Lawn on the lovely Isle of Wight since there was not enough time to explore everything.

Very modern style and appliances, it had everything we needed excellent property would stay again and recommend. The welcome basket was fabulous. Owners thought of every little detail and were very friendly.

As other reviewers have said, the welcome pack of food was amazing. Cleaning materials, soap, shower gel etc were all provided. Towels and sheets were fresh and clean. Bed extremely comfortable. An ordinance survey map was available for loan.

Great hosts and very welcoming! A great apartment with everything we needed and we just love the isle of wight. It is located in a small historic village with a local shop, two pubs (one serving meals), a restaurant and excellent fish & chip shop all within walking distance. Plenty of local footpaths to explore with a regular bus service a few hundred yards away and a railway station also within walking distance.

Very comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean. A quaint and well equipped apartment, with friendly and attentive hosts. There was even a mini hamper on our arrival with snacks, and a few necessities in the fridge for us. We will definitely stay again!
