Good location: very close to the motorway, so great stop on the way up north. Good breakfast: left by the owner on the worktop and the fridge. Excellent fitted kitchen: small, but with everything you need. Even aluminium foil, cling film, baking paper and some spices are provided: a mini home! Quiet: despite being close to the motorway you can only hear a faint hum in the background, hardly noticeable at all. Comfortable bed.

It has everything you could wish for. Owners are extremely caring and supply lots of items which you may have forgotten. It really is a home from home. Conveniently situated for major road networks and the train station. Several supermarkets, restaurants and coffee shops are very nearby.

I wasn't expecting free food and beverages, but these were provided, with some tasty local produce included. Eccleston is a very pretty town with all you need for a short stay - nice and reasonable Italian Restaurant and a small craft beer pub! The farm is in a lovely lush setting and the surrounding area is very pretty. The rooms were kept in a very tidy state. Very happy with my stay.
