The location was perfect, the hosts sent on all relevant information days before arrival. We walked into a lovely space, clean, new, well decorated. Everything we required was there from kitchen utensils to entertainment. The heating worked really well and everything was so well presented inside and outside in the gardens. Our hosts had left hand written instructions and everything was exactly as they said, only thing we could have asked for was another few days to enjoy our stay even more,

This was an incredibly comfortable apartment. I stayed for 5 nights while attending a conference in Leeds. It was close to the bus station with a quick bus to downtown but also had access to the good food and many pubs of Otley. It is also minutes walk away from a grocery store.

Iqbal very friendly and helpful. There was milk and a couple of KitKat's waiting for us. The apartment was spotless and very well kitted out. Nothing lacking that I can think of.
