This is one of the best bnb's we have stayed in for a long time. Everything has been thought of. There are real glasses. There is ice in the freezer. There is shampoo and conditioner. There is a full-length mirror that doubles a makeup mirror. The bed is super comfortable. The TV works and the wifi is excellent! Ad on top of all that, there is a small Irish Pub for your exclusive use. We absolutely loved this stay.

The house really was immaculate! Brand new build in a great location right in the centre of Hayle, a short drive from St Ives. Even our 3 teenagers were impressed! The house had everything we needed for our short stay and was a great base for exploring Cornwall.

It had everything we needed and felt like our own proper little home from home. I loved the decor, the heated flooring, the washing machine, the bed was comfortable, it just had everything we needed with very modern decor and I miss it already.

Everything about Little Valley View was perfect! The facilities were excellent with lovely decor and plenty of room. The view across the valley was quite breathtaking. Wayne & Sue (the hosts) were most accommodating - friendly but totally unobtrusive.

Spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable and Ann has provided everything you could possibly need for a great stay. Excellent facilities. Parking on site so close to the caravan is a real help, especially since I have some difficulties walking. Ann and Scott are excellent hosts, very friendly and helpful. I plan to stay again when I go to visit my son. If I could award 100/10 I would. 5*.
