Stayed Friday 26th to Monday 29th May for Neighbourhood Weekender Festival. Extremely clean, beautiful and modern 2 bedroom apartment. The back garden is gorgeous and it's a proper little sun trap! We were also provided with everything we could possibly need. Really comfortable and spacious, and Olivia who greeted us was extremely helpful and friendly. Located right in the centre of the lovely village of Lymm. We will 100% be returning in the future!

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend. the location is superb - everything is a stones throw away. The apartment is really clean, the decor is lovely, and it was very comfortable. Good attention to detail by Matt, the owner - everything we needed was there. I asked a few questions before arriving, and he answered quickly. I thought the lack of parking might be an issue, but the car park is really close (download the app, if you can - you can extend your parking time without going to the car to pay). we really enjoyed our stay, and thought Lymm, and the choice of restaurants was excellent. - a definite 10/10!

I loved the location, next to the Morrisons, and ten minutes walking to the center of Stockton Heath. I liked the open concept in the living area. It was very spacious.

Spacious living room, reasonably sized bedrooms, perfect for a group of 4 adults ( 2 couples). Very comfortable sofas in the lounge to share evening drinks. Enough pans and pots to cook a meal for 4 people ( but no tray to use oven or grill). Good size fridge - it was easy to store breakfast food for 4 people for 2 days. There was ice ready for us in the freezer. Radiators are fully operational, get quickly hot, perfect for those who like their room to be warm. Two bathrooms - no need to share your bathroom with another couple

Car parking nearby. You need to think of the room as a hotel room in which case it was well designed, large, clean and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities but no other means for self catering. To be fair, this is made clear in the description.

Property itself was nice, relaxed, chilled out apartment, with ample of the required equipment. Toaster, fridge, freezer etc, plus the bonus on the TV of subscribed services of Netflix / Amazon prime. If your into visiting National Trust Proprieties , this location is idea. Plus Lymm has the lovely waterway to walk along.

No problems with dampness etc. The door code system worked well and their were no particular problems. There was low cost car parking two minutes away plus some free parking.
