The location is beautiful… perfect. A lovely added extra with the biscuits, milk, coffee, tea, sugar and fresh flowers. Just what we needed after a long drive. Warm, comfortable, bed super comfy. Would love to visit again.

The lovely touches such as the chocolates on the nightstand and towels. Beach towels and chairs were there for our use as was soap and moisturizer as well as shampoo and conditioner. Everything was high quality from the bedding and towels to the furnishings. They even left snacks and a couple of individual bottles of wine as well as milk tea and coffee. It was so comfortable and so very close to the harbor, beautifully furnished and an extremely clever use of space.

The property got an amazing view, we can see the tiny island St Clement’s Isle right in front of the window in the living room. And if you are lucky enough you might be able to see the dolphins jumping up from the sea in comfort at your holiday home! The property is spacious, nicely decorated and clean. It facilitated all the essentials and necessities we need during our stay. Location is perfect. All the local shops and restaurants are just few minutes away. We rented a car to travel around, and the property got one parking space available. We also found there is a public car park literally few steps away. If public transport is required, the bus stop is less than a minute from the property. There is a hotel+restaurant just opposite us that serves amazing food and good sea view. Despite the property itself, we found that the most amazing thing about this place is our host, they were so friendly, helpful, attentive and supportive during our stay. They are definitely the bonus to our holiday in Cornwall. The instruction of how to checkin to the property, how to get there, house manual, recommendations of things to do and great restaurants to eat out were given few days before our travel which gave us plenty of time to research and plan our journey ahead. We even managed to book all the lovely restaurants they recommended to fit our trip plans accordingly. They also offered early checkin when possible and we were lucky to checkin few hours early, and the host kindly allowed us to extend an hour and half checkout time to fit our train schedule. We had some requests on the day when we checkin, the host responded very quickly and accommodated our requests in timely manner. All these little details they given to us made us feel warm and welcomed to stay at their property, and because of them we had a very smooth and relaxed holiday. We feel so grateful that we found this property during our stay in Cornwall.

Providing valuable information about the area and Cornwall in general. Our bedroom was very large more like a studio with en-suite bathroom. Breakfast was amazing and would trump any 5 star hotel. Paul village is quaint and has a pub for a good meal. You can walk downhill to Mousehole or Newlyn (opposite direction) with excellent views along the way. There's a local bus from Mousehole which is very convenient.

You can come and go as you please via your own front door and once inside it is cosy, quiet and very luxurious. Extremely well appointed and very friendly owner’s on site. Breakfast is provided, but is basically continental, although you could use the cooking facilities if you wanted to. There is a private parking space as well plus access to a sun terrace. It’s walking distance to Mousehole village and restaurants, albeit about 15-20 mins.
