Beautiful views over the North Sands beach, elegant and spacious flat with large sunny terrace. Flat well equipped including with board games and tennis rackets for a tennis court which was 2 min away. We enjoyed bikes and golf nearby and lots of children activities on nearby beaches. Salcombe is a lovely postcard village with shops and cafes. Good communication with the owner who advised hikes to Bolt head and afternoon tea. Enjoyed our stay!

Very welcoming host ( by messages) and lovely welcome pack. Quiet, peaceful location with excellent access to coastal path and lots of wonderful walks.Lovely touches everywhere: decor, bed linen and towels, well equipped kitchen, nice selection of lighting for reading, dining etc , good wi-fi (especially in dining area) and comfortable sofas and dining area. Good quality information available on all aspects including takeaways and where to eat out with sample menus. The lodge was spacious for two of us. Very friendly site although the takeaway and shop were not fully functional ( Covid !)

This is a beautiful holiday home with all the amenities you would need for a fun family get away in The South Hams. We are regular visitors to the area and have rented all sorts of properties in the past, but this one really hits the mark. We have a grown up family but the three bedrooms , two bathrooms work well for a comfortable stay. The big open plan living space and terrace make for a great social space and is beautifully appointed. There is a bbq which we cooked our fresh mackerel on that we caught that day (yes I am showing off). Jo, the owner, is really friendly and helpful going the extra mile to help with local advice and access to amenities. The location is great for local beaches and access to Salcombe, Hope Cove and the surrounding villages. All in all, we will not be looking any further for future stays and look forward to our next visit.

The apartment is easy to find and we received clear instructions from Jo. The apartment is gorgeous, cosy and has everything you need. The hosts are welcoming and give fantastic local recommendations (which we followed and made our weekend away!). The village is picturesque and close to Salcombe, Hope Cove and other fab locations. We absolutely loved our stay!

stunning flat, absolutely spotless and very well equipped. Decor was beautiful. It rained the entire time we were staying but at least we had a stunning view and lovely surroundings.

    The owners are super friendly, the apartment is very nice, well equipped and clean. It’s very close to the village centre, ferry and supermarket. It was very nice to find it warm when we arrived during a rainy day.

    Beautiful location with uninterrupted view of the bay. Easy 1 mile walk to Salcombe. Apartment is spacious,well equipped & exceptional. The quality & standard is extremely high with onsite parking. Two hotel restaurants within a few metres serving great food .We felt very welcomed & nothing was too much trouble.Highly recommend

    35 The Salcombe is a small apartment with a drop down bed in the entry way as you enter the apartment. The kitchen/lounge/diner is compact but comfortably appointed. It is in a good location with great views out over the estuary. Having a guaranteed parking spot in Salcombe is a great benefit.

    The property is a large and spacious apartment with amazing views over north sands to bolt head direction in Salcombe. We loved the long verandah and all the ranch sliders letting in the vista. The location is excellent for walking to the beach and walking into town (about 20 mins to town).
