We stayed here while attending a wedding nearby. The hosts were extremely friendly and facilitated our late check-in as well as having great recommendations e.g. for local taxi companies. The house was really cosy and had everything we needed for our stay.

The apartment itself had plenty of space for my husband, myself and my baby in one room and my mother in law in the second bedroom. Tea, coffee, milk and bread were provided. The beds were very comfortable and the settings very tranquil. The directions to the property were very good. A cream tea greeted us on arrival, and the Linhay provided everything that you could possibly need for a self catering holiday including a state of the art hot tub which overlooks the rolling hills of mid Devon. Would definitely recommend. The house boasts modern decor, two high end ensuite bathrooms, a wonderful kitchen and washing facilities. Briony was a fab hostess and we had a relaxing break.PeterYoung couple

Amanda and Andy went out of their way to provide us with things that made our lives easier when there (loads of towels in the bathroom, throws and towels for the dogs, a few bits and pieces in the kitchen) which were very much appreciated. We travelled for a family emergency too and Amanda messaged early to say the room was ready, we could access it whenever we wanted (before check in time etc). Will definitely be going back.

There should have been fruit juice and bread with jam / marmalade etc. maybe some fresh fruit ? Experiencing n Air B&B in Ireland all these items were available and at no more cost than the Cosy Loft. The finishing touches were really good.
