Fantastic location for a short break or a holiday. The apartment was great and made our stay that much more pleasurable. Topsham is a brilliant town and has a lot going on for everyone.

The property is a really good size and being on two floors works really well. The bed is very comfy, got a good nights sleep as it is a quiet area, coupled with a good shower it set us up for a day exploring. There's lots of little things that make the stay really comfortable, like all the kitchen utensils and we loved the lava lamp! Everyone mentions the snack which is a lovely way to start your stay. Big thumbs up and we'd definately recommend and stay again

The location was perfect for our stay and allowed us to use the farm as a base for day travel in all directions. The kitchen was well equipped for evening meal preparation. Jenny was a great host.

The apartment was spacious, clean and well appointed. A welcome packet of biscuits as well as tea, coffee and milk were waiting for us. The bed was very comfortable, as was the sofa in the lounge. The towels were nice and large. We were met by the host and given a quick tour but, had she not been available, the keys were in a lock box and there was a list of need to know information in the lounge waiting for us. The river view was great and it was relaxing to watch the swans and ducks on the river. If I need to return to the area, this will be my go to place to stay as it really was lovely.

The property seems recently renovated and was beautiful , clean and spacious. The kitchen was amply equipped with everything we need . The toilets were also very clean. Wow!
