Raymond, the host, provided exceptional service, kept us up to date and communication before and just prior to our stay. The location is fantastic; a minute's walk to the beach, bars and restaurants but just far south to not be disturbed by any noise. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with the lovely additional feature of the Juliette balcony and sea views!

The best self catering flat we have ever stayed in. Judy the host went over & above to ensure the comfort & enjoyment of your holiday. She had thought of everything, a real home from home, & nice added extras, I.e.welcome food to get you started, a chilled bottle of cava…lovely touches. Whitley bay is a lovely location, with its long promenade & lovely beaches. The flat was a short walk from all this, as well as shops, bars & restaurants.We didn’t have a car, but you could go anywhere with the many bus services & the metro minutes away.

Loft window mouldy in top room. Paint peeling off ceiling with mould under. No protectors on pillows and mattresses. Furniture broken. Toilets not working as they should. No sea view. Total misleading description...the absolute worst!
