All was great; we enjoyed staying in these apartments. They were exactly the same as in the photos. There's an amazing view from the balcony of the mountains on one side and the sea on the other. It takes only about 3-5 minutes to get to the coast. On the first floor of the building, there's a cafe, and there's also a restaurant nearby, as well as fast food, markets, and pharmacies. However, I personally would recommend the ones that are right on the beach. Mihail is an endearing and benevolent person. We were in touch via chat all the time, and he provided everything we asked for (changing towels, answering questions, etc.). If you're planning to visit Makhinjauri, these apartments are definitely a good choice, 10/10.

Great value for a very nice studio apartment.....Clean.....Fair sized room.....The kitchen has probably everything you'll need.....Good shower with plenty of hot water.....Strong Wifi.....Good lighting.....Very nice owner. If you let him know your arrival time then he will meet you at the apartment office - and he sends you an email with a good picture of where the apartments entrance is. His nephew will communicate with you in English by the phone or WhatsApp.....Nice terrace- some of it enclosed by a window and some of it open air. No real view of the sea from the terrace but good view of the town centre, which is where the apartment is.....The Apartments Georgia has several rooms. The best ones are set back from the terrace by a hallway as that means less noise (my apartment in this review was one of those)......As best I could tell, not much exciting going on in the town except dogs chasing cars. But there are several food markets, a couple of restaurants and a sharma shop (which is overpriced)......The beach is rocky. No real place to walk or sit.....There is a bus stop right outside. The best buses going directly to the centre of Batumi are # 6 and #10. There are taxis outside too......I'd definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean, with sea and mountain view on the 12 th floor. Even though it was next to the railway and main road, That side of the flat was quiet.
