Wonderful Place located quietly in a side road but close to the beach. Kitchen well equipped, I cooked there a lot, moskito nets in the windows and door, balcony, good security, comfortable beds,, nice and very helpful staff, felt quite at home there.

Having stayed at several properties in both Senegal and Gambia for 3 weeks (two which were 'luxury'), I can only say Riyan Apartments was my favorite overall: great quality-price ratio, extremely friendly, flexible and helpful staff and I will surely stay there next time I go to Gambia as well as recommend it to friends and family (I already have!). It had a 'Melrose Place' feel to it, the 90's TV series. The bedroom A/C worked perfectly which was a true lifesaver at night. Thanks so much to Fatima and all the team!

The place was very spacious and the location was excellent. It was pretty much easy to go to the beach or seaside. I love the garden where birds flies in the morning. It was quiet and very clean. I will definitely go back. No doubt.

The WiFi had good coverage and the backup generator was very responsive to blips in electricity supply. The apartment was well appointed and suited my needs. Location wise, very close to a well stocked super market, a quality steak house (rib night highly recommended) and locals restaurants, short walk to the beach.
