The apartment was beautifully decorated and had a great view of the water. I loved the living room and its lighting. Balcony was shaded and we had nice breakfast there. We were welcomed with local wine and watermelon which was a great touch. The apartment has washing machine! And drying rack on the balcony. The restaurant downstairs had great food too!

Linda was very kind, always helpful, welcomed us before the actual check-in time and allowed us to leave our luggage at home even after check-out (which he delayed to make it easier for us). Very courteous, kind and available by phone for anything. The house is beautiful and spacious, very convenient to the beach and all amenities. Inside there is everything you need to spend a wonderful stay, ideal for both families and friends (equipped with 2 single beds and a bedroom with 1 large double bed). Zakynthos is a beautiful town, as all the coastline is. And the place where the flat is located is the best place to stay on the island. Definitely, if we return to Zakynthos, we will return to this wonderful flat. Thank you Linda!

Very nice place, near Zakynthos town (1,5km), but you have no idea the town is so nearby. Although the location on Booking is correctly marked, we hesitated if we were at the correct place; you have to ignore a sign 'private road' and drive on to the last house. Lovely garden, swimming pool with a nice seat and sunbeds, palmtrees. Perfect location when you just arrived by ferry of by plane (or want to leave Zakynthos again). But also a perfect place if you do not want to be near a (often busy) beach!

Apartment has great view of the ocean, yet only a few minutes by car to the town (drinks, food). Airconditioning in all rooms, great balcony where we enjoyed breakfast, and a nightcap in the evening. very comfortable bed, and everything we needed for our one week stay (including a washer for our beach towels). Seperate living room and kitchen, Parking right under the apartment, really great location if you have a car we tried so many beaches! Owner is a lovely older gentleman who is sweet and attentive, he lives downstairs but gave us our space. He welcomed us with a smile, and a local bottle of wine in the fridge, and said goodbye with a gift of local olive oil tin (travel friendly). Overall this was one of the best apartments we have stayed at in Greece, and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended. But with a car (or ATV if you dont mind driving in the heat).

The place is gorgeous, great staff and super comfortable. It’s located around 20 min walk to the centre of Zakynthos town. The views from our room were just unreal!

Great apartment with an amazing view, the host was also phenomenal! The apartment had all necessary amenities and we appreciated the help and recommendations for trips, restaurants and to be put in contact with different suppliers (e.g. car rental companies). All in all an amazing experience!

The Apartment has a nice size for 2 people and almost everything you need. There are a few Restaurants in a range of 5-30 walking minutes. A small store is also in walking distance and has everything you need. The Pool is great to take a swim or relax. We enjoyed the stay there.

We made use of the washing machine and dined in the Taverna below us quite a lot during our stay. We also loved the outside terrace with a lovely view of the sea. The host was very friendly and even allowed us to check out later to accommodate our late flight. Overall I think we got a real taste of a traditional Greek welcome and accommodation.

Their house wine and olive oil are delicious. Prior to our arrival they provided a lot of useful references to places that are worth visiting which was of great help! The apartment itself is well-equipped, has great location, really close to the beach. The garden is magnificent. Definitely recommend this place!

You can hear the gentle rolling waves of the sea from the terrace. Our apartment was clean and well equipped for our stay. The location means it is easy to explore the entire island with a rental car. Lou is an absolutely wonderful host who made us feel right at home.
