Beautiful little rooms complex, tastefully decorated and furnished with a traditional touch. Excellent location overlooking the bay, probably the best place to stay in Patmos, with gorgeous beaches and seaside restaurants in close proximity. Very spacious room with practical layout, well equipped kitchenette and balcony with a view. Family run small business, with owners always present, genuinely hospitable, attentive, courteous and proactive. Overall a very good deal for the price.

The hospitality of the owners was overwhelming. They take great pride in delivering a bucolic beach experience for visitors and could not be more helpful with luggage and taxis--sometimes even driving themselves when we needed a connection. I would definitely stay again and enjoy the hospitality of this kind, attentive family.

Excellent. Breakfast was served by the pool with an amazing view of the ocean and surrounding mountains. The staff (Nikos, Panos, Dora, Alexis) were excellent with their service and always had a smile. Our heatfelt chats with Panos and a cool drink in the evenings by the bar were amazing & he made the best Spaghetti Napoli dish which we had on our balcony overseeing the Aegean. Thank you so much to everyone for making our stay such a memorable one.

For us this is the nicest way to stay in Greece: in a beautiful place run by a local family. The studio's furnishings are basic but quite adequate. Everything else is pure luxury: the amazing location, the secret beach just steps away, the peaceful starry nights. Maria and Giannis were easy to communicate with, most welcoming and super helpful. A great place to soak in the beauty of Patmos, relax and make new friends. A little advice: bring a mosquito net or plenty of repellent!

The unique position in a quiet, secluded spot of an otherwise busy island (you cannot do without a car or a scooter). The beautiful view and the cosy beach just below the hotel. The staff is minimum, but welcoming and ready to assist (thank you, Mr Aris). The spacious and well decorated mini apartment.

The studios are located on a beautiful remote part of Patmos. The entire property itself is quite lovely with beautiful views from every unit and fruit trees everywhere, and there are several quiet and more natural beaches within walking distance. If you don't have a car or scooter, it's a bit far from the big town (Skala), but it's fairly close to the historic center of Hora.

We absolutely loved how clean it was, the proximity to Grikos beach just in front and Petra beach about 15 mins away. The property was very clean and very spacious with a kitchen area which proved to be very helpful. The balcony/terrace proved to be lovely as well. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, and accommodating which was perfect and made us feel welcome. They gave us lots of useful information and made us offers of breakfast as well as giving us advice on local attractions. The property is located a 1-2 minute walk from the local bus stop that goes to Hora and Skala. We enjoyed every moment of our stay and would hope to come back to the property.
