Everything is new and you have all you need to cook your meals. There is a flat TV and washing machine is a big plus. The garden inside is a nice touch and you can have your coffee and meals on the terrace in front of the garden. The bed is comfy enough and there are shades at all windows so you can sleep late and feel safe too. There is another sofa in the living room so kids can sleep there. There is plenty of space for the clothes and personal things. We were only 2 persons and was OK but if you have kids it can become quite crowded. Anyway, there is enough space for kids to play outside. Parking is on the street and can be difficult to find a spot at certain hours but can always find where to park on nearby street even if you come late at night. Stores and restaurants are close within walking distance. We were at the beach at Nea Fokia as we do not like crowded beaches , but the beach in Kalitheia is not too far. The water is always warm in Kalitheia!!
