Excellent location just on the beach. The beach itself is very cute and cozy. The room is modern and its kitchen well equipped. The bed was very comfy. Windows are equipped with mosquito nets and there's aircon in the room. Shower was very good. There is a convenient mini market just next to the hotel and a bar and restaurant at the ground floor. There is also a scooter rental 50m up the road. Very quiet and private location. Stunning view. Owners were extremely welcoming and nice. I should probably have never written this or I won't be able to book it again next year lol

Hosts were extremely kind and helpful. Hosts were able to prepare the room on short notice on a last minute booking, which was a great relief as our other accomodations fell through. Access to a beautiful pebble beach was 15ft from the front steps. Couldn't ask for a better location.

Maria was extremely attentive to our needs and requests. Communication with her was easy, quick and courteous. Our room was cleaned, towels changed and even dishes washed (!) on a daily basis. A technical problem with the WiFi was handled with sincere efforts to repair ASAP. We were welcomed with fruit, cold water and were complemented with some cake during our stay. The place is quiet, far from the noise of the main street of Masouri. Nice view of the sea from the table outside.

Very handy having the scooter rental run by the same family next door, meant i could just leave my keys in the room at the end of the trip rather than worrying about the scooter rental not being open when needing to get to the ferry. Communication was very good and friendly, rooms nicer than expected.

Great view, we could watch the sunset right from the balcony. We could also see the streets and restaurants of the village, the port, boats, mountains, which was ideal since we were with a baby and spent a lot of time in our rooms and on the balcony. The room is big and the balcony is super-wide! The floor was washed very well every day, and the baby could crawl all over the room and balcony. We were also provided with a baby crib. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking. The hosts were very sweet and helpful (thank you, George and Maria!)

We were unfortunately left at the wrong apartment by the taxi. The host collected us by car and squeezed our 4 pieces of luggage and us into her tiny car. Very grateful to Maria as it was very late at night.

A very special place that we felt like home. Poppy is so kind and helpful and full of energy! It was our first time in Kalymnos and our apartment was perfect! The place is near restaurants, a small market and a nice beach and in a very pleasant and silent area. Next time we will stay again at Vasilis for sure. Splendid studio apartments in the heart of Kalymnos, what an absolutely fabulous little family run hotel. From the very beginning our hosts Herre and Danielle were quick to respond, very helpful and accommodating. As soon as you arrive at Aphrodite studios you are greeted with huge smiles and warm hearts, immediately making you feel at home. The entire hotel has been completely renovated to a very high standard, the fully air conditioned rooms are bright, spacious, tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. If your looking for a peaceful night sleep and enjoy a lazy morning then this is the place for you, definitely the most comfortable bed in Greece! The bathroom has a walk in shower that delivers plenty of hot water at remarkably high pressure for that invigorating feeling. The studio is equipped with a kitchenette if you fancy yourself as a culinary genius or you can just take a short stroll to some lovely restaurants near by. With spacious balconies overlooking the Aegean Sea and Telendos, you can enjoy a beautiful sun rise and amazing sunsets. At the rear of the studios is a lovely little garden ideal for dining al fresco or just relaxing with a glass of wine and a good book. If you need wifi for business or pleasure, they have by far the fastest wifi I’ve experienced on the island and is available in all rooms and communal areas. The beach, shops, restaurants, and Telendos ferry are all within walking distance, or you can rent a scooter and explore the whole island. So if your heading to Kalymnos for a Climbing trip, family holiday or just a weekend get away, then Aphrodite Studios is an excellent choice! Jackson & Laura 😎
