Everything about the accommodation was perfect! It is a new hotel and you can see that right away. Everything is very well maintained and in the best condition. The rooms are clean and are cleaned every day. We would especially like to mention the extremely friendly and helpful hospitality of the owners Haris & Maria. They take care of every request immediately. We recommend this hotel to all our friends and will definitely come here again when we are back in Santorini! The breakfast is brought to the room on time every day and tastes absolutely good!

Lovely house with all equipment you need. Very friendly owner Gabriel willing to help with everything, he maked us feel welcome. Just a charming sunrise every morning at terrace. Walking distance to beach, restaurant, market. And the great thing was, that wasn't crowded, not even at the high summer season - very peaceful side of the island.

We chose to stay at the studio kocis on our last day in Santorini since we had an early flight in the morning and it was close to the airport. The hotel was nice, cool, and clean. The beds were so comfy and the shower was the best! Our host was very friendly, helped us get food delivered and gave us a ride to the airport in the morning.if we stayed longer it would have been nice to rent a motorcycle or car to explore the area more. The facilities in the room were great. Had a nice fridge, coffe/tea station and beautiful bathroom. This family owned villa has so much potential!

This is one of the best property i ever stayed at during holidays. The hospitality was amazing . Andreas the host was so helpful and always available when needed to get some information about place. They even arranged a cake and wine at the property to celebrate my Daughters 18th birthday . The property was so clean and so beautiful views of sunrise and sunset from the balcony . Great location to reach to other prime locations . Anytime i visit Greece I will be only staying here and no where else

This place is heaven on earth! We rented the Junior Suite with Sea View for 10 beautiful days. The apartment looks exactly the same as in the photos (or even more beautiful). Very tasteful interior and mind blowing exterior. We woke up to the sunrise (you can see it from your bed) and had our fantastic breakfast next to our private (it is really private) jacuzzi overlooking the sea. It is a quiet, beautiful place. There is a nice beach bar (East Breeze) near to the accommodation and an authentic greek restaurant about a km away (Captain Loizos). The real luxury: our beloved host, Sevi was taking care of us during our whole trip, like we were her family members. The whole Santorini experience was magical- thanks to the hospitality of Sevi and the beauty of our accommodation.

The complex is superb! It's modern, very clean, with dedicated employees! Diamond is an employee who deserves to be promoted; she is highly involved and provided us with various top recommendations. The airplanes didn't bother us, regardless of the hour! As a recommendation for future tourists, I advise you to rent a car to make it easier to explore the island!

The place was maintained very well. Beautiful garden. Views of the sea. Helen came to greet us on arrival and made sure we were comfortable throughout the stay. The mattress, pillows and linen are very high quality. Located close to a quiet beach.

The room is clean, valuable, roomy, quiet (really soundproof) and close to a sea, groceries, bus stop. Especially we enjoyed the king-size bed. I would recommend it to everybody. Internet speed is 20 Mbit\s and it's enough to work remotely. The host is helpful.
