Lovely family-ran apartments, everything you might need for a self-catering holiday, fridge/freezer in your room and a communal kitchen that was really well equipped - the best I've come across, plus enough plug sockets in the room! - no need to take the lamp out to charge your phone and iPod! Room was spotless, cleaned daily with towels replaced, and an unusually good sized shower for Greece with wall mount! Greeted with a delicious slice of cake, orange juice and a bottle of water - perfect!

The apartment had a good size for a family. Washing machine and all other electrical devices which a family might need are available. Same with services e.g. car rental with delivery to the hotel or beach towel rental. Easy to reach by bus and nice small village with beach, harbor and a few restaurants and shops.

The houses are very cute and have a nice porch, where you can enjoy the view on Piso Livadi and the sea. The apartment was very clean, had enough space and all the necessities.

The location was good because it was quiet and still you could be in less than 3 minutes by foot in the center of Piso Livadi plus there is a private parking in front of the studios. Our ground-floor apartment was well equipped, very clean (also due to fact that they were cleaning it every day), had a lovely terrace with flowers and shade and was spacious enough. I loved the fact that they have installed a mosquito net in every window. Overall it was great!

Wonderful location, exceptional staff and a family atmosphere. Spiros and the team made us feel so welcome. Extremely clean with daily housekeeping service. The apartments are so airy and comfortable and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. I cannot wait to go back.
