"To Spiti Mas" is exclusive small boutique hotel located in Moni, tiny village near Sougia. We (my wife and I) stayed here 10 days in May. The hotel is situated in very quied place, surraunded by mountains. The access with a car is simple. There is a place for parking.  The hotel is arranged within old stonehouse,  good restorted with very special attractive appearance and luxury appartments with private entrance. The appartment was nice and cozy. The rooms  are spacious, quied and completely equipped. Very cleen, functional and comfortable. Spectacular panoramic views from the windows and terrace. Thanks to Wanda (our hostess) and her exclusive hospitality, it was very pleasant, friendly atmosphere with a lot of help during our staying. We felt like home. Around the hotel many interesting passes and trails to hike. Great,  beautiful, almost wild beach in Sougia. Near the hotel and in Sougia we have find several traditional tavernas providing fresh, very tasty food. We especially liked Rebetiko taverna, a high level restorant with meat, fish, sea food, vegeterian dishes and great wine. All the food products are local and actually organic. We enjoied every moment of our staying in the hotel.

very personal approach and a helpful and service orientated family / team taking care of you during your stay! nicely and quiet studios / apartments embedded with plants and terrace. in the "village" and next to the beach and next to all facilities. perfect for a relaxing stay since the village is more dedicated to have peace, silience and good times at the sea side.

We loved the location and the host. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. And the food… wow!! So good! There are also some great opportunities for hiking and exploring.

Spacious and clean ground floor studio apartment with a lovely terrace out the back overlooking the mountains. Just two steps from the beach and connected to a laidback beach-bar. Free access to the umbrellas and beach-chairs. Super location with generous and kind hosts. Already plotting out return!

The Syia Hotel is a lovely place to stay while visiting Sougia. Marcos went out of his way to make certain that we had everything we needed, and his hospitality couldn’t have been better! The studio is spacious, clean and very quietly located just off the beaten track.

A nice place to stay in Sougia. Parking is a short walk down the street. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, making sure we had a place to sit on the beach, and recommending a restaurant a minute's walk away (which turned out to be excellent). He also gave good advice on hiking Irene Gorge and to Lissos. I'd happily stay here again.

lovely studio and warm welcoming people. very well appointed with everything we needed. we were about 150 metres from the sea and Sougia has great places to eat amd drink. a very chilled and relaxed place to stay. Parking on site we will stay in these studios again
