We were in Kefalonia for one week and we spent in Galaxy first 4 nights. That was the best decision ever. We stayed in ground apartman which has a beautiful panoramatic view. The atmosphere is very relaxed and quiet here. We met with the host, Denis who was the best! Kitchen is very well equipped, but you will probably not need it because Denis is amazing chef. He made us 2 dinners and that was the best meals what we had in whole Kefalonia. If you will stay here definitely try his food. It's very tasty and autentic. It is much better option than to eat in restaurants. Sandy beach is about 5 minutes walk and is very quiet. We were suprised that there were no people there. If you are looking for peacefull holiday Galaxy rooms is the best.

Amazing, secluded place. Perfect if you wish to stay away from the cloud. I didn’t rent a car but reached the place by taxi €15 from lixouri. You can walk down a steep path to reach the end of the bay, where you can enjoy solitude, or walk 15 minutes to reach the beach bars and get an umbrella and a sun bed. Lovely, attentive host and a stunning view from the terrace. Can’t wait to be back.

It's only a five-minute walk to Xi Beach, which is absolutely gorgeous with its clear waters and unique red sand. The whole place just feels peaceful and was the perfect spot to relax.
