the appartment has very nice terrace with outdoor kitchen and grill. We were able to make ourselves a delicious dinner. The appartment was clean and for us a perfect stay in Barbariga for our family of five adults. Also the beach is very close, only 3min walk. The owner is very kind, ready to help.

Nice,clean,new,perfect equipment,even robotic vacuum cleaner👌9 minutes walk to the beach with kids, beach was beautiful,lots of space, very private and lots of trees around👌We enjoyed the roof terrase and grill a lot. Bargariga is a small town with 1 market,couple restaurants and other shops. Not so many people,nice and quiet place! We will come back😊

Great place to stay in Barbariga, 10min by foot from the beach. Really comfortable and cozy apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub, huge living room and kitchen - eberything that you would need during vacation. Plus nice balcony. Everything was clean. Contact with owner was also great. Free parking next to the building. The stay was soo nice, I would definitely reccomend Villa Luka :D Barbariga is also a perfect place to stay, 30min from Rovinj and 25min from Pula.

The apartment was very clean and had all the furniture and kitchen utensils we needed. My parents and I were surprised to find olive oil, salt and spices for cooking, as well as collection of different types of tea and a freshly ground coffee, not to mention a complimentary bottle of good domestic wine! Our host Alma was super friendly and so very kind to help us get all our requests sorted in an instant via WhatsApp. A dedicated covered parking place in front of the house was very convenient.

    Das Apartment ist sehr gut gelegen, weil zentral und doch in einer ruhigen Gegend. Zu Fuß ist alles schnell erreichbar, auch zum Strand sind es nur ca. 4 Minuten. Ausstattung ist sehr gut und der Garten ist wirklich schön und gemütlich.

    The property was great for our family vacation. They have a nice atrium for sitting in the evenings or having lunch on the terrace. The outdoor kitchen is great. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Owner is very friendly and available for any questions and advice. Great accommodation.

    The apartment was way beyond my expectations. It provided everything what guest might need from kitchen equipment to toiletries and cleaning supplies. Terrace played a main role, while the indoor space was keeping up with the standard, indeed, the rooms looked better than in the photos.     I loved the swimming pool. The apartment was great, had all the amenities, clean and well maintained, very spacious, enough for family of four, big terrace overlooking the pool. I would love to stay there longer. The restaurant at the premises was a huge adventage - lovely food.

    It's a nice, small apartment, with plenty of space for a family of four with smaller kids. Had most of the things you might need. Beach within a walking distance - a nice trail without traffic.
