The apartment was clean, big enough for the three of us, located close to the sea and to the city center, only 10/15 minutes by car/bus from the Old Town. Essential things were already there (e.g. glasses, some pots, oil and salt, cleaning sponge, etc) and the supermarket is literally two steps away. The staff was friendly and nice, especially Carmen, who gave us fantastic recommendations for our stay. Would definitely come back! :)

We loved the location on the property. It was very central to everything and you could walk everywhere. It was about a 25min walk into the old town which is beautiful and about a 15min walk to the ports where you catch the ferries etc. All of our tours even picked us up right out front! It was great! There’s is also grocery stores and bakeries very close by along with restaurants etc. It was also a quiet area to be in which was nice to come home to at the end of the day. Paula our host was a huge help in many ways and always available through WhatsApp.

The outside patio/terrace and views was great. Host was very helpful with any questions we had regarding the area. Parking onsite was helpful felt very safe to walk anywhere in the area. Seems far at first until you realize it’s proximity to attractions in Lapad.

New building, excellent facilities, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very close to Dubrovnik Center, walkable distance but might as well use bus. Bus stop is literally steps away from building entrance, and you can purchase tickets at kiosk next to it until 5 pm (winter). There's a wonderful bakery next door as well, so you can buy fresh bread at any time. The terrace is great to wind down after a long day sightseeing, you have large screen tv, kitchen with basic necessities: fridge, dishwasher, cooking stove, coffee machine ( with capsules included :)). Has parking on roof of building, which on top offers a great view to the port. I would definitely stay there again if I come back to the city.

This was the best stay with the best view stay for us. Apartment was super clean, it all gave positive vibes. The owner gave us warm welcome.She had left homemade cookies and lemonade for us in the apartment.Loved the gesture.its bit outside of Dubrovnik but you have the city bus/ uber to travel around Old city. Its totally worthy. The best part about the apartment was the view in front of the gallery. Amazing sunset. Also at night time, the gallery gives you view of sky full of stars. Also, there is beach nearby to chill. Its the best stay i ever had. I thank the owner again for being so warm and making us feel comfortable. I recommend this amazing stay if you are planning to have a great time and want to chill out with friends/family.

the owners are so kind and helpful, the apartment is new and in great shape. the location is awesome, 15 min walking from old town and if you have a car, the parking is underground and private .

This place was the most amazing place we've ever stayed at, and it's all thanks to the wonderful host Vanja! She's the nicest, funniest and most generous person ever I've ever met. She's passionate about hosting, and it shows! She was very attentive to our every need, she had great tips and suggestions... and she even offered us some delicious tiramisu she had made herself! She truly was the best. We didn't talk as much with her husband, but he was also super nice and funny, the both of them together made us laugh so much. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and the terrace and garden were a perfect place to relax in between outings in town. To sum up: we felt at home and didn't want to leave!!!

Getting there with luggage was very convenient as we didn't have to walk too far from the taxi drop off. The ladies who greeted us were so friendly! It was also well equipped, clean and has a bus station in front of the condominium which can get you to Old Town in about 10min. Also, it's quite near the Dubrovnik Boat Port which is a great advantage for exploring other places in Croatia.JoséGroup

The balcony has a beautiful view over the harbour and is nice to sit with a glass of wine. There is a bus stop 2 mins walk away which takes you until the Old Town. The communication was great with the host. I stupidly left my sunglasses and the host arranged for me to get them back. Thanks again ☺️

Small kitchenette, could need a better/sharper knife for cutting, but very nice to have a small refrigerator. You share the terrace with the other residents. Very short walk to a small supermarket, busstop and beaches. The host was very nice to share advice on sightseeing, restaurants etc.
