This is a fantastic place to stay in Split. The owner's parents, Invanka and Yvonne, were our host and they are wonderful! They were so helpful, very sweet and answered our questions and provided directions. They made our stay perfect! There is a beautiful garden right out the sliding glass door. The beach was a 5 minute walk and restaurants are a 10 minute or less walk. The place is small but it was perfect for two people. We had everything we needed.The AC was very nice. Niva's place was very comfy.

The apartment was very beautiful, clean, tidy and had everything you needed. The owner Maja was very welcoming, very polite, explained everything you needed to know and was always on site if you needed help with anything. She recommended us some places to eat, some beaches and helped us with our tyre flat. The area where is located, has stores very close (2 minutes of walking) and places to eat very close (10-15 minutes on foot). Availability of parking spaces. Availability of pool. Very comfy bed. Our room had a terrace and umbrella where you could enjoy your coffee 15 minutes from Split The host was very friendly.

This apartment was so beautiful, in a quieter area. It was so peaceful and relaxing and the perfect way to end out Croatia holiday! The pool area was really relaxing and the apartment itself was immaculate and very modern. It was just perfect and I can’t recommend it enough. The hosts were fantastic people and so so helpful and friendly! I loved it here so much and would love to go back for a longer stay. Thank you so much for having us.

Another thing we liked: the flat was staying relatively cool during the hot summer night even without the air conditioning on. Or, put it this way: cooler than other apartments, because it is situated partially under the ground level (or at least this is how it seemed to me). Also, the host was super helpful.

The kitchen facilities and garden terrace were great. Perfect for a short stay before flying home, and great value.
