Everyone I met was super friendly. It's really close to some nice beaches but far enough away to find peace and quiet. The apartment has everything you could possibly think of. Bed is super cosy.

I liked everything. First, the location is just right, close to the beach and shop, but quiet area. The owner was super nice and helpful, the place itself exceeded my expectations. The appartment is very bright and clean, yet still cosy. You'll have everything and anything you might need. A/C is working, nice and fully equipped kitchen, balcony with seating. Clean and spacious rooms with comfy beds and loads of storage. The bathroom is also very nice, I really have no bad things to say about this place. In my years of travelling and booking accomodation via various platforms, this appartment was the nicest and I recommend this 100%. Myself, I'm already thinking of going back next year 😊

The spacious apartment is located on the ground floor and is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine, a microwave and a toaster. A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and fruits. This apartment is non-smoking and soundproof.

Very beautiful, well equipped apartment with big terrace and amazing sea view. Sea with small private beaches is very close to the house, there were also two sup boards available for guests. With sup boards you can easy get to the place with sunken ship and get a cocktail from a boat bar nearby. There are few cosy restaurants in walking distance and more options with a short ride on a car. We enjoyed every minute we spent in this place, mostly sitting or lying in shadow in the terrace, having meals at the big table, playing table games and having long conversations about everything and nothing. Recommend for people who like to stay a bit away from crowd and ideally has a car to be able to to ride to supermarket / fish market etc.

We were traveling as two families with a child with disabilities, so we were worried about how we would climb and walk to the beach. But it turned out that the entrance to the apartments are on the first floor, there is a convenient road for driving to the beach in a carriage. We were pleasantly surprised, very comfortable and cozy apartments, there are all the necessary dishes for cooking, a lot of space in front of the entrance for placing a carriage, inflatable mattresses and circles. The owners lived inconspicuously in apartment nearby and always kindly helped us with any questions when help was needed.

The host (Joško) welcomed us and handed the keys. He turned on the AC before our arrival which was great. Every room (3 bedrooms) had a device for mosquitos. Kitchen had all the necessary accessories, everything was clean, there were plenty of towels and the apartment had 2 bathrooms which was very convenient. Host had a nice balance of making sure that everything runs smoothly related to our stay, but not being pushy at the same time. We can definitely recommend this place during this post-covid time with excessive prices everywhere.

The apartment was really spacious for 2 adults and 2 kids, clean, very comfortable beds, kitchen perfectly equipped. It was very hot outside during our stay at Necujam, so the AC was really welcomed. After the days spent at the beautiful Šolta beaches, we always found a great relax in our cooled apartment. The host was very nice and she was really easy to communicate with.
