The spacious apartment is located on the ground floor and comes with 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a fridge, and a washing machine. A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. The property has an outdoor dining area.

Very welcoming & family atmosphere. All basic needs provided on arrival in the kitchen icl. Coffee! Perfect disponibility of Milena, wonderful spirit of sharing, from food and wine to tips for visits in the region and personal ideas and stories. Light and spacious rooms. Villa Ave Kalu is all new and so very green surrounding, refreshing while being hidden from busy streets. Big Plodine supermarket very close by such as sweet Ika village and beach. Perfect situation to explore both sea and Uçka mountain area. Also feasible without car for those who like to walk and move!

A toaster, a fridge and kitchenware are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the apartment complex, every unit comes with bed linen and towels.

The apartment was stunning, very spacious, well equipped, and super clean. It offered all the comfort one needs on holiday in a hot climate. The property surround is absolutely amazing, green and lush, with ample space to relax, including the outdoor jacuzzi, the magnificent view of the Adriatic from the large terrace, loungers, fruit trees, and the bbq. The hosts are a lovely, kind, and extremely helpful family, always so happy to give advice as well as offer personalised boat trips. We had a fantastic time - thank you, Lily & family!! Especially for the homegrown tomatoes and figs. Amazing property, service, and hosts. 🙂

A small good-bye present upon checking out. No disturbance during the stay, but at the same time immediate response to our queries. Seaside 10 min walking distance.

    The best hospitality, exceptionally clean apartment, well equipped. Nice owners, very good command of English and German. Location is perfect if you do not like the traffic and want to sleep in a quiet area. You can park comfortably in front of the apartment. See view. Max 5 mins drive from Icici beach. 3 mins from Ika beach, Plodine is also 3 mins. Highly recommended!

    Apartments are very very clean, air conditioned and modern with everything you could wish for in their kitchenette. The hosts are an amazing family who will make you feel even more welcomed in the area. They speak fluent German and English. The location is very well situated as you will have very good access (by car) to all the beaches in the area, be it the rijeka ones or the Opatija ones. All in all a great and memorable stay at Villa Fantasea :-)
