Each apartment or studio provides an equipped kitchen or a kitchenette with dining area. There is a living room with a satellite TV, in addition to the private bathroom with shower. Some units have a private balcony, other have access to a shared terrace.

The building is located ideally. What a views!! We saw all the Vranjica bay, south and west full open view!!! Stunning! Apartment was very spacious, comfy, clean, AC worked perfect! One way 1,5 min slow walk you are at the sea shore, plenty of places to lay or sit and rest, swim and tan. Another way 2,5 walk you are at the bay, two more beaches with bars and 4 restaurants, bakery, grocery and more! Just 45 seconds from our building is the store where you can buy everything you need: fresh fruits, vegetables, juices, wines, beers, ice creams, sweets, cheeses, EVERYTHING! The prices are the same as in the city. Not the last… the hosts… Daniel and Silvija. Great people! I hope to visit Kairos Apartments again! ASAP! 😁😄

Villa Rustica Dalmatia is situated in Seget Vranjica, 5 km from the UNESCO-protected town of Trogir and 7 km from Split Airport, 80 metres from the sea. An annex building with a swimming pool is about 30 metres away.
The 17th-century building features air-conditioned apartments with parquet flooring and balconies overlooking the red roofs of the town and the Adriatic beyond.

Breakfast was super. Some food and cold drinks were placed in the fridge upon arrival. The service was very friendly and positive. The pool area had towels made available on sunbeds every morning.

EVERYTHING!!! I have only good things to say about this place. Firstly, Barbara, the owner, is a lovely person. We even got a bottle of wine and a cake for our 10th year anniversary. Lovely gesture. This place has only 4 apartments so it's private with not too many guests at the same time. The view from our terrace on the top floor was absolutely magical. We saw beautiful sunsets! Since it's a new construction, everything is new and well decorated as well. Kitchen well equipped, 2 bathrooms/showers, lots of towels. 2 TV, Netflix...The pool was perfect as well and even in the evening with all the lights. And finally, the location is also on point. 5/10 min walk from beautiful beaches, couples local restaurants. Also good to know, you can book small boat trips from these beaches to avoid going in Trogir or Split. I can only highly recommend this place. I would definitely go back. Thank you again for a lovely stay 😊

The apartment was amazing, clean, comfortable, perfect. The coast, the beach, restaurants and shops are nearby. There are many towns, islands and beaches nearby (Trogir, Rogoznica, Split, Sibenik, etc.) that are easily accessible by car. The host and his wife were very kind and helpful. We were greeted with cold fruit upon arrival, and received a small gift upon departure. Thank you for your hospitality!

The apartment is large and functional, equipped with all the necessary necessities for a longer stay. We only stayed one night because we had an early morning flight from Split airport, and the location was perfect for that purpose, 10 minutes easy drive from the airport.

The apartment itself was very clean with good facilities and large bedrooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool option is great too.AbigailFamily with young children
