Everything was clean even though it's more like hut/cabin then apartment. The owner was really nice and tried to speak as much English as possible. The comfort match the price.

The apartment is well equipped, we only missed trashbags, because we needed to take out the trash every other day. There are buffets around the beach, the restaurant next to the apartment building has good food. The location is very quiet in the evening. We were very satisfied.
