Good sized balcony with 2 easy chairs and drying rack for swimwear. 5 min walk from Patnem beach and 3 restaurants within less than 1 minute walk. Quiet location at night. The facilities are brilliant and the checkin was super smooth. The owner Kunal was a very humble person and regularly checked on of everything was alright. The caretaker Vinay was also very helpful during the stay. I would surely be happy to book again on my next trip.
