It was the perfect layover. You have the whole apartment which is clean and functional (with a washing machine and kitchen!) so for me it was great location as it was close to the highway. The owner let me check in early and was very attentive. There isn’t much to do in the area which didn’t bother me as I was there to rest, but if you want to go out, it’s more of a residential place.

This is an old house with several rooms/small apartment with AC, fan etc. As a senior couple who had been travelling for two weeks, we enjoyed the downstairs room with an outside patio to relax and also be able to hang our washing. Breakfast is served across the road in a lovely cafe. We would highly recommend this homestay as we were made to feel so welcome.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needful and also has a dining table and chairs. The beds were comfortable, the linen fresh and clean and the bathrooms spotless. The host family living downstairs are friendly, helpful and ready to answer questions. They also kindly allowed us to keep our luggage in their living room past the check-in time, until we were ready to leave.
